Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. Abt Electronics is a well-recognized brand in the Chicago Market. The Email Marketing Manager will join the Abt marketing team to own the email marketing channel and report to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong ability to multi-task, stay highly organized, and be ahead of schedule.

In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working with other marketing channels, the Development team, and Art Department. Primary duties include:

• Responsible for the execution of email marketing campaigns including development, setup, product selection, targeting and testing to deployment and data monitoring
• Implement dynamic coding for segmentation of emails, differentiating content for national and local customers
• Analyze email campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting the email marketing plan
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Design, code, and ensure email layouts are mobile and dark mode friendly
• Ensure a consistent customer experience from email open and click to interaction with the website

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing required
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and email service providers
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience with Listrak ESP preferred
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
