St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is expanding its services in the west valley with two Urgency Centers located in Litchfield and Glendale. The centers will serve our community with a free standing Emergency Department along with an Urgent Care. With a vision of “Partnering with patients, physicians, employees and communities to improve the health of all we serve“; the Urgency Centers focus is on meeting today's changing healthcare needs while being in convenient locations to our customers.
Performs CT and/or radiographic exams, recommends improvement activities, and assists in equipment and procedure evaluations. Responsible for performing all aspects of general, neuro, and interventional CT and/or radiography in multiple settings on multiple patient types. Settings include but are not limited to the ED, OR, IR, inpatient and outpatient, with little or no supervision.
- ARRT (CT) certification
- Completion of approved American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Medical Radiologic Technologist Board of Examiners (MRTBE) and American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent certification
- CT CRT
- RG ARRT
- Three years of CT experience preferred.
