Responsibilities include reviewing and implementing processes and strategies to ensure the department functions at a highly efficient pace.Competencies:

* Coordinates activities with collection personnel and legal counsel as necessary; researches and recommends outside vendors; vendor owner for current vendors to include researching and resolving complaints, recommendations for continued use or terminations, primary point of contact between Lendmark and the vendor, annual review of risk assessment surveys; oversight of employees to ensure timely assignments and follow-up, pre and post notices are being sent, knowledge of local and state laws, pricing and approving sale of inventory, ensureproper documentationof spreadsheets and accounts; monthly projections (90%)

* Manage matters regarding hiring, staffing, training, scheduling, performance reviews and terminations as applicable (5%)

* Other duties as assigned (5%)

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

* 3-5 years of consumer finance or related industry experience

* Bachelors degree, equivalent education or related experience

* Experience managing others

* Ability to work independently

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to deal effectively with other managers and all staff personnel

* Detail and QC oriented

* Strong analytical skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Ability to travel as needed
