As a Field Technician with Premium, you’ll be an integral part of the customer experience by leveraging your unmatched technical expertise to ensure complex product displays are functioning at retail.

What will you do?

* Enhance the customer experience by installing and maintaining the freshest demos and displays.

* Troubleshoot advanced technical issues using critical thinking and focused communication.

* Work alongside fellow Field Technicians and the client to share your knowledge and educate team members and retail associates on proper technical maintenance.

* Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management.

* Be the owner of the merchandising standards of all products and displays in your territory.

* Provide market intelligence, key competitive metrics and product offerings, and areas of opportunity.

* Work at multiple locations including retailers, vendor showrooms, and training events.

How will you succeed?

* Thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

* Quickly adapting to change.

* Leveraging previous experience in merchandising and technical troubleshooting (3-5 years preferred).

* By traveling within your market and other locations as needed.
