By filling your prescriptions through an AHF Pharmacy, you are helping people living with HIV. 96¢ of every dollar collected by our pharmacies directly fund AIDS Healthcare Foundation's HIV/AIDS programs and services domestically and abroad. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* The AHF Pharmacy Staffing Coordinator ensures that schedules are set in a way that each shift within AHF Pharmacy is appropriately manned. This may involve rotating internal employees or working with external agencies to provide the organization with the best in staff which is relevant to the prescribed job description.

* Maintaining daily staffing reports and records so that each activity is logged properly.

* Works closely with the human resources department and the hiring manager to schedule interviews and orientations.

* Schedules training for new and existing employees

* Maintains training records for employees to satisfy accreditation standards

* Maintains staffing operations across all AHF Pharmacy locations

* Upholds an accurate system for tracking staff over a variety of shifts

* Coordinates staff to meet the Pharmacy Departments requirements

* Monitors overtime accumulation and attendance of employees

* Tracks and documents all in-service training sessions.

* Schedules competency checks on new and existing employees.

* Maintains schedules for rotating staff (float)

* Secures coverage for vacancy shifts.

* Works with the payroll manger to verify payroll accuracy.

* Process employee vacation and personal time off requests.

* Verifies and approves invoices for temporary staffing.

* Maintains current employee listing, by location, including phone numbers and job classification.

* Assist employees with accurate completion of forms pertinent to scheduling and staffing.

* Confirm license/certification and current standing with state approved agencies including driver's license, if appropriate.

* Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent employee information.

* Assist with maintaining records of current certifications/licenses for pharmacy employees.

* Works with the Supply Chain Manger in ordering uniforms for new employees and replacement uniforms for existing employees.
