Job Duties: Develop, implement, and control of Key Account strategic plans and initiatives for the Global Poultry Business Unit. Lead Global Key Account (KA) activities and network across the organization horizontally with Business leads and transversally with corporate functions such as Global Technical, Marketing, R&D, Supply, Manufacturing, and Regulatory. Direct and oversee roll out of Key Account Management process. Analyze, prepare, and proactively define the strategy for global client tenders and RFP (Request for Proposal). Ensure alignment between internal resources, relevant opportunities, and key decisions. Direct Account planning activities and performance for Global Strategic accounts and monitor KA strategic initiatives by ensuring that targeted timelines and results are met. Lead key account business initiatives: monitoring KPIs (Milestones, Market Share, Sales, ROI) of key account projects. Develop and align relevant relationships across multiple levels of the client organization to understand their priorities and identify service opportunities. Deploy and leverage internal resources (Technical, VTS, Poultry vaccination biodevices, and Manufacturing) to align solutions that bring value to the client and drive business growth. Oversee increase of data accessibility and analytic capabilities through the following tasks: Liaising with Global Strategic Marketing team (GSM) for the Live Biotherapeutics roll out outside US, Formalizing field trial protocol, collecting overseas customer needs, and setting roadmap. Follow up on Live Biotherapeutics execution with Global KA leads. Provide technical support and methodology and monitor progress. Support the global head of Poultry for various projects as high level reports, communication materials (internal and external), meeting preparation and project management.
Job Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) (U.S. or foreign equivalent) and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: working in the Poultry industry for an animal health company; account management & customer business planning; performing data analysis of financial KPIs and monitoring Key Account performance; and insights reporting through CRM platform. Prior experience must also include experience with poultry commercial field trials management; and product management and marketing principles related to positioning of poultry vaccines. Position requires travel up to 30% of the time.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8:00am to 5:00pm)
