Project Manager (non-technical) oversees ATM installations, moves adds and changes with all ATM regulations, mitigates potential liabilities, and helps avoid penalties, sanctions or other legal punishment. The Project Manager (Non-technical) is responsible for supporting and tracking projects through the project life cycle following PMI's methodologies.


* Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills are essential.

* Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and processes related to the various tasks outlined within the department.

* Acts as point of contact and manages ATM projects greater than 35 locations as defined by management.

* Manages less complex projects.

* Works with various internal and external clients.

* Creates and updates service calls and QuickBase records to include utilizing macros.

* Assist with project reconciliation and invoice approval.

* Notifies Project Manager of any conflicts associated with project tasks.

* Identify and address all deployment issues in a timely manner or as directed by Management.

* Assists with in-house research, pertaining to events or items in Core, Great Plains, Doc-Link and Service Provider databases/web portals.

* High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 2-4 years with Customer Service and Project Management experience preferred in the financial industry.

* Additional weekend and after hours work may be required on occasion.

* Remote network access to be required on occasion, company laptop to be provided

* Must be able to work in an environment requiring extensive telephone and computer work and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.

* Requires strong communications skills, written and oral.

* Must be team oriented with creative team building skills

* Must be able to express and follow the company Mission, Principles and Procedures

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands.

* Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
