Financial Analysis Senior Analyst
 Franklin, TN


The Senior Financial Analyst will leverage strong financial skills to explore historical financial and business data, forecast collaboratively with business leaders, steer results in accordance with commitments, and drive process and policy improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc) in the context of enterprise strategic goals
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Partnering with business leaders and providing trends in financial performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in identifying and improving processes and efficiencies within Finance
  • Presentation of financial results/reports to non-financial audiences
  • Interact positively and pro-actively between departments to promote a team work philosophy

What You Should Have

  • BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years FA Position
  • Hyperion Essbase preferred
  • Business operations metrics a plus
  • In depth financial planning, financial analysis, data mining and modeling expertise
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in working within an open, flexible, results-oriented, performance-based environment
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and Strong Excel financial modeling skills
