Business Analysis Senior Analyst
 Franklin, TN


The Senior Analyst is responsible for building and delivering insightful analytics in support of Executive Leadership and as it relates to sales, marketing, program management, and finance. The role will also:

  • Support reporting information for HealthServices and Cigna leader reports
  • Manipulate and leverage important information across the business, in order to deliver meaningful executive reports
  • Create compelling visual analytics presentations in Excel and Power Point for delivery to executive leadership
  • Communicate effectively through these reports/PowerPoints
  • Coordinate with key leaders to execute projects
  • Participate in leadership meetings to gather essential information for executive communication
  • Mentor analysts with less tenure

What You Should Have

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, data science, or related scientific/technical field.

3-5 years of experience in data analysis or satisfactory job performance in the following areas:

  • Exposure to advanced modeling methods, including but not limited to data aggregation
  • Time series analysis, forecasting and simulation, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and outlier detection
  • Basic understanding of eviCore's business, customer base, programs, and value propositions
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, plus basic SAS code data steps and procedures
