The Digital Project Manager is a self-motivating problem-solver who manages the production of digital assets associated with their account assignments (some print may be required). The Digital PM must have a thorough understanding of how to develop and deliver projects involving Display, Web/Ecommerce, Web Development, SEO, HTML5 and Mobile platforms.

At Craft, the Digital Project Manager needs to be able to adapt to new technologies and workflows that we have and are implementing. Ensures that all projects within their domain are on-time, on-budget, on brand, profitable, and meet client expectations. Additionally, that all campaigns within their domain adhere to corporate policies and procedures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Experience in digital project management is critical as you will manage a wide spectrum of project deliverables.

* Work directly with client teams to understand overall business objectives and strategies and how each project interrelate with each other

* Manage multiple projects for multiple clients with the ability to prioritize on the fly

* Manage complex and vendor-dependent projects

* Push interactive jobs/projects through the agency and act as the liaison between the client, technical and creative teams.

* Create and manage schedules and estimates, budget development, vendor sourcing and day to day execution and logistics of projects

* Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality

* Troubleshoot conflicts directly with all stakeholders

* Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by maintain open lines of communication, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables

* Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates

* Ensure that all projects meet branding and strategic initiatives

* Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow of agency project-related processes

* Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project

* Identify areas of optimization in process and project-related reports (status, financial)

* Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

* Must have strong communication skills

* Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms

* 3-5 years digital Project Management experience

* Provide quality assurance testing for front-end user experience before launches

* Bachelor degree required

* Proven track record of developing relationships through gaining trust and successful delivery

* Must have strong planning and project management skills; be highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas

* Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task

* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to communicate effectively under high pressure situations

* Understands that one's actions affects others and the agency as a whole and acts accordingly

* Ability to remain flexible and focused in an environment of changing circumstances

* Demonstrated awareness of when to inform, involve and escalate concerns to management

* PMI or other project management certification preferred

* Highly computer-literate with practical experience utilizing project management tools
