We are seeking an Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Global Marketing Team. Identify, develop, and manage the execution of digital campaigns that achieve key objectives by working with product marketing, marketing channel specialists, creative, agency partners, and the larger digital team Define and execute B2B display advertising, paid search, SEO and content marketing that leads to increased web traffic and leads on a global level Develop standard campaign architecture for common marketing scenarios Ensure demand generation/campaigns deliver personalized messages across the customer lifecycle Ensure strong linkage between digital campaigns, websites, and site analytics Develop and integrate landing pages within broader marketing campaigns and websites Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives and make ongoing optimizations Ensure digital programs align with the Bose Professional brand and the business go-to-market Develop and leverage models of the customer buying process, segment messaging, and lead nurturing programs across different customers Integrate with Sales and CRM tool to ensure an optimized leads process and closed sales Advocate business benefits achieved from campaigns with senior leadership Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, product, growth marketing, editorial, operations, and creative teams Influence creative teams and editorial to produce content that engage customers and generate social influence Reinforce brand trademark guidelines with resellers and partners Preferences: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business, marketing, or technology 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing and/or demand generation 5+ years in campaign/project management within a digital marketing organization or agency Experience with recent innovation in digital marketing and website experiences Familiarity with third party tracking solutions Demonstrated ability to manage budgets Experience with ad serving platforms and technologies Experience collaborating and communicating across business, technology, and analytics team Knowledge of digital asset management Experience working with international markets and colleagues Competencies: Demonstrated ability to build and leverage enterprise website analytics Understanding of marketplace web and digital best practices Strong collaboration and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to work across functions, levels and businesses Track record of strong execution and delivery of commitments Attention to detail and ability to respond to situations quickly Demonstrated ability to develop compelling creative with demonstrated results Experience storytelling and real passion for delivering the right message, to the right user, at the right time Knowledge of content management systems and tag management systems such as Adobe Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
