Program Planner

Description: This position has the responsibility of providing support of, and coordination to, various Sustainment Integration and Modification teams on the F-35 program. Experience in facilitating scheduling support for various projects of differing sizes and complexities from the development of Mod/Retrofit iPLAN schedules to integration into the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The successful candidate must be an outgoing, energetic self-starter who can resolve schedule conflicts while ensuring adherence to established schedule processes. They must have solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and purposes. They must be able to keep peers, management and supported team members well informed, listen carefully and incorporate feedback as appropriate and clearly express ideas and concepts. This position will interface across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control and requires the ability and willingness to provide efficient, quality products and services to a broad mix of internal/external customers. Computer competency is required as a variety of source data inputs are used. Experience in implementing efficiency improvements in processes/procedures is highly desirable. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

This position will be at the Beach Street location in Fort Worth
