SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position) Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations, positive patient interactions, #and maximum quality patient care. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience EDUCATION: Four year degree in a health related field, business administration or finance. Experience may be substituted for education. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of one year experience in a medical office environment as well as previous supervisory experience. #Proven financial management skills, excellent communication/leadership ability, and knowledge of all clinic operations such as billing/coding, accounting and medical software systems. CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, BONDING: None PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a clean, well-lighted, air-conditioned environment. Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
