About the Position: This position is with the U.S.Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA), Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), You will serve as the Administrative Support Assistant located at Fort Sam Houston, TX

* Performs duties such planning, coordinating and a variety of general administrative and clerical activities in the CHCC, such as but not limited to in/out processing coordinator, telephone control officer, office government travel card coordinator.

* Performs multiple logistical support functions for CHCC, such as inventory control and hand receipt management coordination for DRMO turn-in and ensuring the office has adequate stock of all supplies necessary to support the mission.

* Uses a variety of office automation software to create reports and presentations in support of the organization.

* Schedules in-house conferences and meetings in the local area.

* Serves as alternate POC for processing Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs) for CHCC and serves as personnel liaison.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. One year of specialized experience which includes composing and preparing a variety of correspondences, reports, and briefing. Reviewing and analyzing administrative policies, clarifying complex guidelines and making recommendations for changes to administrative policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NK-01.
