Job Summary/Overview

Your superior written and verbal communication skills will be crucial as you disseminate information regarding changes in U.S. employment eligibility, taxation, labor laws, payroll products/processing & benefits related information.

Your analytical skills will be challenged while assisting in deployment of new automation, through creation of testing scenarios and completion of end user testing.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

* An outgoing and confident nature will be vital as you are called upon to work effectively in a team setting, coordinating and completing actions in concert with our team and others, resulting in successful completion of departmental goals.

* Participates in receiving, auditing and analysis of employee data information and entry in configuration management database.

* Participates in employment eligibility auditing in compliance with federal and state regulations.

* Interface and address interdepartmental queries regarding technical and/or compliance related employee data.

* Handle Tier 2 customer service support.

* Participates in analyzing current business processes and end-user testing/acceptance testing.

* Strong ability to juggle competing priorities and function effectively under deadline pressure with multiple project requirements.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work in multiple systems to ensure all data information is accurate and complete.

* Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education/Training: High school diploma and at least 2 years additional education or related experience.

Experience:

2 years of payroll, benefits, human resource or related experience.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word are required.

* Ability to encourage, motivate, and provide recognition.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.

* Extensive trouble shooting skills and comfortable using database tools.

* Exhibits professional demeanor.

Work Environment/Other Info

Other Skills:

* Ability to work in a team environment and cross functionally required.

* PeopleSoft HRMS experience is preferred but not required
