The Defense Systems Group of SAIC is seeking an Information Network Operations Analyst with an active TS/SCI Polygraph to support our customer onsite at Ft. Meade.

The Information Network Operations Analyst will be responsible for making recommendations and providing guidance on organization-wide system improvements and optimization efforts in the following specialties:

  • Telecommunications
  • Automation
  • Communications Protocol
  • Risk management/electronic analysis
  • Network threat analysis
  • Information Systems Architecture
  • Networking

Additional daily responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting or editing Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs)
  • Participating in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Teams (JPG/OPT)
  • Develop and integrate DODIN and defensive cyberspace capabilities into plans
  • Supporting action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities
  • Assisting in planning, research, and analysis of DoD cyberspace policy, analysis of cyberspace events and
  • Operations
  • Providing specialized expertise in such areas as Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSP), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysis, and Vulnerability analysis
  • Assisting with Command-level cyber inspections and vulnerability of cyber requirements
  • Conducting technical analysis
  • Providing reports on the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities, and training

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Minimum of two (2) years of military planning experience with a Bachelor's Degree

Minimum or zero (0) years of cyberspace operations experience with a Master's Degree.

REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:

ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

  • Military training such has JPME and courses such as Joint Targeting School. (JTS)
  • Active IAT/IAM certifications
