About our company:

Ritter’s Communications is a second-generation family business that started in 1988. We are commercial printers with a specialty in direct mail production. We have 25 employees including 6 family members each with different responsibilities.


Originally purchased as a quick print franchise, the company has evolved into a leading print and direct mail provider.  In addition to family we have a group of dedicated staff who have been with us for more than 10 years. We have a fun but professional work environment.

Sales/Marketing executive’s schedule and location:

Your schedule will be M-F 8:30-5:00. And you will be located at our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.


Your Mission as Sales/Marketing Executive:

Your mission is to generate sales for our new direct mail program launch. Expanded traditional direct mail offering coupled with digital marketing and modern-day process.


Sales/Marketing Executive’s duties and responsibilities:

The main responsibility is driving new business revenue.
  • Research companies

  • Make contact via phone email social media

  • Phone based sales and virtual presentations

  • Prepare and win proposals

  • Deliver a positive customer experience


Required experience and qualifications:

At least 3 years selling experience, preferably in B2B sales.

Marketing experience is a plus.

Experience in making many phone calls.


Preferred soft skills and personality traits:

We are looking for candidates that have a genuine passion and interest in marketing services, and the ability to meet quota and convert sales.

Offered salary and other compensation:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $45,000-$55,000 plus 5% commission on sales. You should expect an annual income of $80K to $100K within 2 years. An additional bonus system will also be developed, once you have demonstrated stable performance.


We also offer health, dental, vision and travel reimbursement (when needed).
