Provide Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) system and vehicle information, analyses, and recommendations to TCM ABCT, the "User" community, Centers of Excellence, TRADOC, FORSCOM, HQ DA Staff, and related material development agencies. Assist with the integration of TCM Teams for the timely execution of Special Projects.

Plan, coordinate, and execute overarching TCM ABCT projects when directed. Provide assistance / augmentation to TCM ABCT Teams in the execution of tasks as required. Facilitate the equitable distribution, tracking, and execution of external taskings. Coordinate directly with the TRADOC Schools and Centers of Excellence to obtain user perspectives and inputs to all aspects of requirement development and acquisition activities related to ABCT vehicles.

This includes review of Unit home station unit training, training center rotations, and Post Combat Surveys. Perform other duties as assigned that support the ABCT formation. Provide input to TCM ABCT on the feasibility of proposed concepts and evaluate impacts to the ABCT formation. Participate in the development of briefings for subjects related to program management, acquisition decisions, and ABCT formation DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader and Education, Personnel, Facilities).

Provide draft briefing charts for review by the TCM within appropriate stated deadlines and provide final pertinent information as specified by the Government. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience to total 16 years.

A minimum of ten (10) years of leadership or staff experience in operational planning, training, sustainment, and logistics of tactically deployable Army Brigade Combat Teams, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience serving in a TRADOC organization conducting ABCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor; a minimum of 10 years' experience in identifying specific requirements for funding, manpower, training, material, facilities, and services needed to support material programs of record; a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university with a focus on leadership and management is required.

An active Secret Security Clearance required at time of hire.

Essential Functions

Work Environment:

Mainly an office setting with some support provided in a field setting to observe operations.

Equipment and Machines:

Personal computer (75%), scanner (5%), copy machine (5%), telephone (5%), laser printer (5%), fax machine (2%), and other office equipment including desk supplies.

Attendance:

* Full-time regular work hours between Monday-Friday(excluding Saturday & Sunday).

* Position may require occasional weekend work depending on task requirements.

* Regular attendance is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.

* Must be able to work within the shift hours of 7 am and 6 pm.

Other Essential Functions:

* Must have an active Secret security clearance at time of hire.

* Must pass drug testing.

* Must be able to read and write effectively in English.

* With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential.

* Must embrace Beyond Zero/Safety principles of Jacobs to include; adhering to safe work practices and standards while performing daily tasks, taking responsibility for own and coworkers' safekeeping and encouraging others to work safely.

* Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
