The College of Business at Pacific University, Forest Grove, Oregon invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Operations Management to serve the undergraduate and graduate business program beginning Fall 2019.

The Candidate must have:

* an earned doctorate in Operations Management, Supply-Chain Management or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited doctoral program (ABD candidates will be considered if evidence of successful completion can be provided before the start date)

* excellent teaching credentials, with a commitment to both undergraduate and graduate education

* potential for research that will lead to scholarly work publishable in refereed journals

* A demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse student population.

* Take responsibility for maintaining current knowledge of university information, activities, safety and emergency procedures and plans.

Preference will be given to candidates who can teach the core courses in operations management, logistics/ supply chain management, quantitative methods/data analysis and related courses based on the needs of the college as well as the selected candidate's strengths. Demonstrated skills and experience with applied business research is a definite plus.
