Job Description
This individual will provide support to the HR Program Manager and transition team. The individual will be responsible for:
· Setting up meetings
· Managing agendas
· Publishing minutes
· Tracking ARs
· Arranging Travel
· Posting information to SharePoint sites.
· Helping with event logistics
Qualifications
· The individual should be competent with Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Prior experience working with Smart Sheet a plus.
· Looking for someone who is a self-starter, can work independently, have an attention to detail and solve problems on their own. Must have a “can do” customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Provides assistance and training to other administrative staff, may supervise other staff.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
- High school diploma/equivalent
Term of Assignment:
- This is a 6+ month assignment working 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week - 8:00am to 5:00pm
