Job Description

As part of our CVS Health Digital Team you will impact our strategy of creating a seamless user experience across various platforms including web and mobile. To deliver innovative solutions that streamline and reinvent our user experience you will focus on Rx Delivery services related initiatives involving cross functional teams. This digital strategy is a new key growth initiative where you will experience a startup culture while still enjoying the stability of working for a Fortune 7 Company. This new team will be working in a fast paced environment with passionate leadership and the ability to make a huge impact enterprise wide. The Senior Project Manager responsible for driving all phases of medium to large projects/programs to successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition, the Project Manager proactively provides coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for Project Management best practices, continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in multiple complex projects and/or programs.

Experience managing digital projects such as ecommerce, web site design, integrations, mobile

Minimum 5 years of professional, related experience in consulting, digital agencies, client management, team management, business relationship management and resource management.

5+ years' experience with Agile

Preferred Qualifications

Digital Project Management, Digital Product Management or Digital Agency background. Scrum Master certification

Education

Bachelor's degree required or high school diploma/GED accomanied by adquate years of related work experience required.

MBA preferred
