The Operations Manager will be working with the Pharmacy Manager, Employee Operations Manager and Customer Care Coordinator to oversee and update workflow process improvements and customer account relationships in our closed door LTC Pharmacy in Fishers, IN. Expectations include: reviewing all medication orders for appropriate and rational therapy, checking for proper dosages, potential drug interactions, and adverse reactions, communicate and resolve problems with customers, patients, referral sources, and insurance companies, follows up with customer accounts to ensure superior customer service, develop and update process improvements within the pharmacy.
