Housekeeping Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring the cleanliness of all facilities, common areas and other specified areas including CR’s and Pantries
• Inspects facilities, advises for upgrades, create workflows and standard operating procedures
• Train housekeeping staff to follow a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Document areas cleaned by HK personnel
• Report any issues that may require repair or maintenance to the Facilities team.
• Ensure all bathroom and pantry equipment is in proper working condition at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree
• 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping management, housekeeping manager, director, or other similar position
• At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality or BPO HK services
• Extensive knowledge and experience using the different cleaning equipment
• Applicants should be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
