The Appointment Coordinator is directly involved in booking and coordinating customer service appointments. This position is the image and face of the Service Department to our Customers. We need enthusiastic, inherently helpful people on our team who will do their very best to make a bad situation (car needs repair!) the smoothest transition they can.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedules service appointments by phone, in person, or via email
  • Works with the Service Department when booking and following up with appointments
  • Provides guests with vehicle status information when needed
  • Responds to guests concerns via phone, in person, or email
  • Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary
  • Customer callbacks after the visit
  • Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times
  • Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean
Mon- Fri 3-8 Sat 7am -8pm

high school diploma or equivalent desired.
Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in receptionist or customer service
Work well with the public
