Techical Support Representative with Sales Background
Job Description
- In-bound call center environment
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Provide customer service & support to end-users (customers) by answering queries and troubleshooting issues by guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving billing, performance, feature related issues, answering policy, upgrades, Ad approval/disapproval questions and others.
- Support will be provided by clearly communicating solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers, clients, and businesses
- Deliver service and support to end-users using AdWords, Adwords Express, GMB & other products related to AdWords
- Gather customer's information to understand account details to provide best resolution
- Diagnose and resolve technical product issues involving campaign performance, billing etc
- After resolving customer's issue provide consultative service by upselling/cross selling products/features
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource such as consult etc
- Accurately process and record call transactions into the CRM tool
Details:
- Full Time Monday-Friday
- Rotating Schedule:
July 9AM-5:30PM
August 11AM-8:00PM
September 9AM-5:30PM....
- Long-Term Temporary Position
- Located in Farmington Hills, MI
- $15/HR
