Job Description

Coordinates or performs a wide variety of administrative activities to support department director(s) and managers. Provide secretarial support to Directors to facilitate completion of department work: Serves as office manager, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of department operations. Coordinates coverage and work flow to ensure smooth operation within the department.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE

Five or more years relevant office or healthcare experience

EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED required. Business school or equivalent experience or BS/BA degree preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
