Objective of job (abbreviated)
To coordinate with DENZA to implement HV safety requirements, HV Battery lifecycle monitoring requirements, HV Battery quality issue management, repairing technology development, and remanufactury management.
Job designation/Field of work:
1 Handle dealer inquires via phone and e-Mail on claim
•Dealer claim valid period handling
•Claim verification and adjustment based on dealer inquires
•Other Warranty Processing related inquires handling
2 Comprehensive Claim processing
•Comprehensive claim assessment on daily basis
•Approval, corrective or deny of the costs from dealers
•Check on vehicle information(VIN, FRD, mileage etc.) to ensure correct approval
•Process claims of SM & Recall according to KDM work instruction
•Cutting down overlapping and wrong labors, delete of excessive and improper parts submitted, deny whole claim with wrong damage code, wrong allocation of labor and /or parts, rejection of duplicate application via LI/TIPS ase/WIS/ARSA/SSL/EPC
•Coaching dealers with detailed-oriented case instruction, improving dealer performance and lowering W&G cost
•Warranty claim upper limit inspection and update for various damage codes and types
3 Handle advance warranty & goodwill claim decisions
•Strictly adhere to system recommendation when processing enquiries
•Verifying manufacture defect with own experience of automotive business on wholesale and retail level and with supporting information from technical department.
•Rejection of any enquiries about defect caused by external influence, improper usage, operation or maintenance, etc. thus decrease unnecessary W&G cost
•Approval of CRM, product liability and 3R relevant cases with management approval documents
4 Master Data Correction
•Accept reasonable FRD and mileage modification with sufficient proof documents(DAS print out etc.) provided by dealers
•Deny wrong application with solution or request more evidence
•Forward special requests to DAG or DENZA when necessary
5 Warranty Audit
•Perform warranty audit in the MB VAN and DENZA network, including analysis deviations prior to warranty audit, issuing reports to management and dealers, providing advice for improvement & set target.
Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Engineering with relevant majors
At least 5 years working experience in similar area, within 3 years experience on charging support.
