Objective of job

  • Identify, develop, adapt and implement Product Concierge program and Product Training strategies based on the Market Situation / DAG-Global Training / BMBS, BBAC and FBAC requirements for the new and existing salesforce customer facing staff in the region
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement strategy to accommodate the demand from company business developments, focus on Product Concierge program and Product Training
  • Provide the product training according to new car launch plan and specific model sales status
  • Be equal to be a facilitator and trainer in some product workshop/trainings
  • Take responsibility in the documentation and distribution of training materials, knowledge within sales training team
  • Join the TtT conducted by Global Training and adapt training materials. Represent ND/TR department and attend regular international workshops if needed

Main tasks

Concept and content development

 -Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement strategy to accommodate the demand from company business development

 -Familiar with Product, Q-PC program, adapt and optimizing training concept and content to keep the high performance of the whole program in China market

 -Take responsibility in the documentation and distribution of training materials, knowledge within sales training team

 -Utilize eTraining when develop training content

Training delivery

- Be equal to be a facilitator and trainer in some workshop/trainings

 -Join the TtT conducted by Global Training and adapt training materials. Represent ND/TR department and attend regular international workshops if needed

 -Train the trainer

Training effectiveness improvement measurements

 -Follow the defined assessment procedures to evaluate knowledge transfer of participants

 -Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make suggestions and action for improvement

Cooperation with other business department

 -Provide support to business department when needed

 -Training or Product presentation at Marketing and PR initiatives when needed

Education

University graduate in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines

Bachelor degree preferred automotive engineering or business major

Fluent written and spoken English

Experience

Solid working experience in Automotive, with 1-2 years in the field of adult education/development

Prefer 2-5 years experience in automotive industry

Prefer 1-2 years training experience

Preferred conducted product training as well as soft skill training

Special Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge about training methods and communication models to deliver soft skill and communication with the sales training team
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Customer-orientated mindset with good organizational, administrative and leadership skills
  • Good command of English, written and spoken will be essential
  • Travel within the region and overseas
  • Comprehensive product knowledge
  • Educated trainer by major manufacturers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office(word, excel, Powerpoint)
