Objective of job
Process parts ordering and claims to support Van parts sales to achieve setted targets and in accordance with corporate guidelines particularly on internal control and compliance.
1.Ordering management – Ensure the system to correctly process on customers’ orders and internal orders, assist the manager to prepare orders confirmation, generate picking slips, shipment tracking etc. to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
2.Invoicing Management – Process the correct and ontime delivery of documents, e.g., invoices and credit notes to the customers, regular invoice data check and with supplier and customers.
3.Claim Management - Support to handle parts claims by company policy:
-Liaise with claim team regarding handling and processing of dealer claims.
-Liaise with parts suppliers regarding submitting and processing of vendor claims.
-Prepare monthly management reports regarding outbound and inbound claim status.
4.Supplier Management – Track the parts delivery with suppliers and escalate critical parts supply to suppliers. Process goods receiving and payment in system.
5.Support in generating and collecting daily and monthly inputs for reporting purposes. Support in generating parts ordering&claim operation daily report.
6.Handle customers’ parts ordering&claim enquiries – Respond to dealer’s inquiries timely and provide with acuurate and reliable feedback to dealers.
-Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing with relevant majors, as well as training or relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing environment.
-At least 3 years experience in an automotive business environment, both retail and wholesale with particular responsibilities for large volume sales turnover. Good strategic thinking and personnel management skills as well as good communication, presentation, computer and customer relations skills.
-A basic knowledge of After-Sales cost accounting and management accounting principles
-Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business
-Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
-Business fluent English – written and spoken
-Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
