Position Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for:

  • Accounts receivable functions including but not limited to applying payments to appropriate accounts and handling customer inquiries
  • Following procedures for processing receipts and bank deposits

Required Skills:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel and co-workers
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a proactive approach on reviewing, researching, analyzing, and reconciling customer payments
  • Basic math skills-addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Must have good PC skills, strong Excel skills and professional phone etiquette

Required Experience:

  • 1+ to 2 Years
  • High School/Equivalent
