Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for:

* Accounts receivable functions including but not limited to applying payments to appropriate accounts and handling customer inquiries

* Following procedures for processing receipts and bank deposits

Required Skills:

* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Must have excellent organizational and time management skill

* Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel and co-workers

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Must have a proactive approach on reviewing, researching, analyzing, and reconciling customer payments

* Basic math skills-addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

* Must have good PC skills, strong Excel skills and professional phone etiquette

Required Experience:

* 1+ to 2 Years

* High School/Equivalent
