We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of the Recovery Academy at our Fairfax location. This position is responsible for oversight of a psychosocial day program curricula to include staff schedule, supervision of Peer Specialist(s), students, and volunteers.

Position will conduct psychosocial groups; manage a caseload, develop new quarter schedule in cooperation with other Recovery Academy program site Supervisor and assist Manager of Recovery Academy in reaching Academy's goals and performance targets.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) required;

* Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience with ability to make the tough calls;

* Experience with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders;

* Excellent time management skills, very well organized;

* Strong clinical documentation skills;

* Proven ability to establish rapport quickly with clients, staff and external providers;

* Ability to work within a team environment and adjust to changes in daily work flow; and

* Must be a self-starter who possesses strong diplomatic communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to be persistent, yet supportive.
