We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Child & Family Services is seeking a Full-time Program Manager for its dynamic and expanding program in Everett. The Everett Child & Family program serves youth and their families in the office and in school settings. The Program Manager is responsible for administrative supervision of the Child & Family clinical and support staff; hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, directing and monitoring workloads; employee performance appraisals and disciplinary issues; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; quality improvement; building facility management; and collaboration with community partners and medical providers.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Master's degree in counseling; degree in social sciences, education, public health or management also considered.
  • Work experience in business or management preferred.
  • Experience in children's services preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
