EWEB is seeking an experienced self-motivated Human Resources support professional to fill the position of Administrative Assistant III. This role provides advanced administrative support for the day-to-day operations in all areas within Human Resources.

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant III will:

* Act as a first point of contact for employees, applicants, and prospective candidates.

* Provide office management support for benefits and HR operations.

* Maintain the HCMS database, enter personnel actions and generate reports

* Act as back-up to the Recruiting & Onboarding function.

* Maintain confidential and sensitive employee information in HCMS.

* Perform a wide variety of support duties related to the recruitment process to include pre-employment screenings, advertising, selection process coordination and scheduling, and preparing interview materials.

* Conduct and coordinate New Hire Orientation

* Track ongoing workforce metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting.

* Create training materials and tools related to recruiting, selection, and onboarding.

* Participate in project efforts to develop, implement, and refine HCMS talent management modules, processes and associated tools.

* Maintain policies and procedures pertaining to recruiting, employment and onboarding to ensure legal compliance and efficient organizational operation.

* Support the Classification and Compensation function

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Human Resources with strong interpersonal skills, advanced Microsoft Office and HCMS skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and shift priorities frequently.

Minimum Training and Experience Required

Minimum Experience: Four years of progressively responsible administrative support and office management experience.

Education: Two years of post-secondary training in office or business management, accounting, or customer service administration.

Desirable education, experience, training and certifications: Human Resources Experience.

Equivalency: An equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be qualifying.
