Reclamation has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisory approval.

Location – Ephrata, WA

Payment of travel and relocation expenses will be the responsibility of the selectee.

* Completes equipment documentation to ensure daily, weekly, or hourly checks are completed.

* Operates equipment and performs routine inspections and maintenance (cleans and checks oil, air filter, coolant level, fuels, greases, and replaces blades on lawn tractors).

* Maintains structures to include painting, repairing, rough carpentry, and tile work.

* Maintains grounds and provides landscaping for all buildings and structures within the area.

* Installs, modifies, and repairs utility supply and disposal systems, fixtures, fittings, and equipment such as sewer, water, toilets, urinals, water heaters, sinks, and drinking fountains.

* Operates forklift to load and unload freight.
