WSP is currently initiating a search for a Biller I for our Ephrata, Pennsylvania office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Accountants to develop client specific invoice formats ensuring compliance with invoicing requirements per contract terms
  • Produce “client-ready“ automated invoices in Oracle and easy Fixed Price/CPM/CPFF manual invoices based on established invoice template
  • At the direction of the Project Accountant compiles and provides supporting invoice documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and subcontractor invoices, etc) as required by contract
  • Reconcile Oracle invoice with manual invoice prior to finalizing draft invoice
  • Maintains project files, following appropriate document control procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoicing
  • Previous experience with accounting software, Oracle.
