Catholic Health Initiatives, a nonprofit, faith-based health system formed in 1996 through the consolidation of four Catholic health systems, expresses its mission each day by creating and nurturing healthy communities in the hundreds of sites across the nation where it provides care. Job Summary

Bringing subject matter knowledge and expertise in healthcare, the Program Coordinator will provide broad program coordination and project leadership to the Precision Medicine Alliance (PMA) leadership, program, customers and support teams. These programs will include Training and Education, Communications/ Marketing, Project Management Support, SharePoint ownership and Board Meeting coordination. Other administrative support provided (meeting planning, scheduling) as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1.Training and Education (20%)

* Work with Vendor(s), Learning Solutions (e.g. LEARN), Markets, etc. to define and deploy training related activities.

* Develop a robust training program that provides complete initial training to providers, staff, and support teams in precision medicine. Will source input from subject matter experts.

2.Communications (20%)

* Interface with Precision Medicine (PM) leadership, CHI Communications, and other teams to provide clear, concise and timely communications across CHI regarding the PM program.

* Develops a Communications Plan for timely and targeted communications to CHI staff, customers, providers, and vendors

3.Marketing (20%)

* Coordinate marketing channels with CHI and external teams and vendors to provide information to the CHI community regarding CHI's capabilities in Precision Medicine

* Provides and develops marketing collateral to promote the PMA- including web, print, and presentation/ speaker support.

4.Project Coordination (25%)

* Coordinate project resourcing, purchasing, and status reporting across the PMA.

* Work with vendors and PM leadership to track project scheduling, resourcing, purchasing, action items, etc.

* Assist with the development of project schedules/ help track completion of action items and assignments

* Coordinates the payment of invoices with accounts payable.

5.SharePoint (5%)

* Maintains PM's SharePoint site.

* Keep the site organized, up-to-date, and a resource that is useful to the PM team and customers

6.Coordinates Joint Venture Board meetings (10%)

* Scheduling, communication and minute taking and reporting.

* May utilize Board Management software as tracking and communication platform

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities critical to the role:

* Able to collaborate and balance work between all stakeholders

* Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with a broad range of internal/external healthcare professionals and partners, including physicians. Must be able to clearly articulate the vision and goals for Precision Medicine Alliance, IT and data Initiatives.

* Must have excellent interpersonal skills

* Outstanding organizational skills.

* Creative thinker; ability to "think-outside-the-box" in identifying innovative models and solutions

* Strong teleconferencing skills

* Ability to work independently

Job Requirements / Qualifications

* BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

* Minimum 2 years of program, department, or marketing/ communications coordination in healthcare required. Affiliated Life Science or other relevant communications, marketing, or program/ departmental coordination experience acceptable.

* Outstanding computer skills to include Microsoft Office tools; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Live Meeting, SharePoint, Web-based electronic data capture systems, Kronos timecard system (required)
