VLCM is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative at VLCM works with organizations by providing solutions to their hardware and software needs. You will be a resource for CEOs, CIOs, and IT directors in helping find, architect, manage, and procure IT solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business-to-business sales responsible for gaining new market share

Articulate and position VLCM partner products, services, and solutions to key decision makers

Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and differentiate VLCM from competitors

Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts

Sustain sales activities including appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, and contact updates

Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities

Perform other related duties as assigned


5+ years' related experience with proven sales track record

Professional that seeks growth and upside opportunity with no compensation cap

Can develop new business/ large account sales, and understands the value of working for a growth firm that has proven itself in other regional markets.

BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field

Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)

Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

Ability to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levels

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
