Maintain Information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that InteliSecure is constantly improving upon the organization's ISMS. Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of customer data.


Reports to Chief Information Security Officer

Manages Desktop Analyst & Network Administrator


* Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

* Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

* Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, developing, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.

* Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

* Architects and oversees implementation projects of new technical infrastructure including both on-premise and cloud solutions

* Manages vendor relations including managed services vendors, cloud solution vendors, and hardware and software vendors.

* Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.

* Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.

* Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

* Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

* Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-art practices; participating in professional societies.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


* Perform other duties as assigned


* Technical management and understanding

* Strong skills in architecting solutions, analyzing information, informing others, staffing, problem solving, data center management, developing budgets, coordination, strategic planning, quality management

* Experience with Microsoft Windows networking, Active Directory, Palo Alto, Juniper, Veam, Linux, Office 365, Microsoft Azure and or AWS, Symantec, DLP, CASB, Multi-factor authentication, monitoring and reporting.


* 5+ years of Network and Desktop Administration Experience

* 3+ years of Network Architecture and Engineering


* SharePoint and Remedy Force Experience a plus
