Quest Audio Video (QAV), is National OEM Electronic Distributor to the Recreational Vehicle, Marine, and Manufactured Housing markets and is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our sales team. This is an entry level, full-time, salaried position focused on developing the selected individual, through on the job training activities.
QAV offers a diverse product base with many name brands such as LG, Insignia and Kenwood encompassing a wide array of product categories.
Under the general direction of the Business Unit Director, the Sales Representative will learn the basics of our business, our processes, and procedures; building capabilities to prepare for a position in sales. The selected individual will participate in a mentoring and personal development program to ensure career growth and development.
This is an entry level position
- Develop an understanding of the Patrick's Customer First Culture and professional sales process
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Patrick's products through On-The-Job training
- Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Improve profitability, product penetration, and product mix with all customers
- Learn to develop sale solutions and competitive pricing strategies
- Communicate value propositions to customer
- Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solution where necessary
- Learn to close sales opportunities by gaining purchase orders and executing all order fulfillment procedure.
- Provide excellent customer service and facilitate long-term relationships for repeat business.
