Rayno Window Film Inc. is currently looking for a Sales Manager to enable executing the window film business plan and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Anticipate and identify opportunities that can help sales teams achieve business goals
  • Design and implement sales programs for distributors and dealers
  • Build up a sales network by hiring regional sales representatives across the country and provide sales training and leverage information and tools to help drive sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support representatives to ensure the quality of film product and service, and provide a solution for any technical issues
  • Actively search for best practices (internal and external) for sales/marketing tools, processes and metrics and share with the Marketing leadership to help spur ideas for development
  • Make periodic assessments on training needs by traveling with regional sales representatives and observing sales encounters
  • Collaborate with the corporate office for new hire training, on-going re-enforcement, product launches and develop sales training resources and programs
  • Develop and maintain metrics against monthly, quarterly and annual goals, reported a minimum of quarterly (i.e. growth, value add targets, opportunity management, budgets, strategy execution)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years Commercial, Sales Operations or Marketing experience in window film industry required
  • Ability to quickly develop a broad understanding of the Rayno organizations and credibility across sales and leadership
  • Results oriented – Manage effective execution of plans to meet demanding timelines for corporate programs
  • Self Starter – Ability to operate with minimal supervision and a strong ability to drive results
  • Client focused – Develops effective working relationships with clients to gain insights and continually searches for ways to increase customer engagement and collaboration
  • Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills
  • Vision and ability to develop insights for growth
  • Create & deliver targeted audience targeted presentations
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
