The primary responsibility of our customer service representative will be to maintain and manage the inventory for our clients. The CSR will: Communicate with the customers via phone and email on a daily basis making sure the customer is up to date on all matters associated with the account including but not limited to inventory, shipments and arrival of product.. Act as a liaison between our warehouse group-.transportation group and the customer. Receive, review and process orders in a timely manner Receive, document and resolve all client inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: Professionally handle incoming requests from client and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Thoroughly and efficiently gather information, access and fulfill client needs, Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, -. Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone. Use automated information systems to analyze the customer-s situation. Handles issues in the best interest of both client and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client-s experience. Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to inventory-.shipments or receipts. The CSR must be able to reconcile inventory issues via physical count or book to book comparison. 1+ years of experience in a customer service preferably dealing with warehouse and maintaining inventory. Proficient with Google mail Excel and the ability to multitask as well as good computer skills and great attention to detail.
