TechStyle Fashion Group is seeking a passionate Associate Recruiter dedicated to searches within Media, Global Supply Chain & Big Data who will partner with our organizational leaders to establish close business relationships while being responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations and closing best-in-class talent.

As the Associate Recruiter, you will engage and leverage your talent acquisition experience to find and attract top talent within your key functional business groups.

To be successful in this role you should possess a knack for identifying quality talent, resourcefulness, exhibit high accountability and a passion for the recruiting field. We are driven to provide the best hiring experience to our hiring managers and candidate's alike.

This role may recruit across multiple disciplines globally, from time-to-time, as needed.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

* Full-Cycle Recruiting: Conduct highly consultative requisition kickoffs, market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing top talent in the field, interview and manage offer negotiations all while creating a seamless and positive candidate experience

* Always Be Recruiting: Identify, develop and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidate pools for strategic needs

* Data/Analysis: Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process within our ATS; Adhere to Data integrity best practices in order to run robust predictive analytics

* Proactive Communication: Maintain frequent communication with all stakeholders involved in the requisition process. High degree of urgency to relay information in a clear and concise manner

* Recruitment Strategy: Will co-develop strategies for global fashion recruiting

* Recruiting Projects: Contributes to strategic TA/Global People Team projects. Will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to accomplish end product

Requirements:

* 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting within technology, fashion, media or related fields

* Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions while maintaining commitments to any project related work

* Experience in leveraging sourcing tools and other creative solutions in order to drive talent attraction

* Experience maneuvering through an ATS

* Excellent and influential communication skills

* Proven ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
