Job Responsibilities:

* Developing, facilitating, updating and/or coordinating Directorate level briefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, and special projects that support: - Business Operations - Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution - Acquisition Reporting - Management - Communications & Media.

* These individuals are capable of performing a wide range of duties from building oral/written presentations for high ranking acquisition leaders to performing in-depth complex analyses with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

* Serve as primary focal point for LE and divisions in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspense and responses using government's TMT tool and other applicable Microsoft tools. (e.g., Excel, Adobe Acrobat).

* Coordinates with other government, DoD agencies, and SMC Directorates to clarify requirements, monitor and close taskers.

* If information pertinent to the tasker resides in LE's Knowledge Management tools, the contractor shall prepare a draft response to attach to the tasker.

* For other tasks requiring collection of input from more than one LE division into attachments loaded in TMT, the contractor shall furnish a properly formatted shell in TMT to collect division inputs.

* Harmonize division inputs for format and content at the directorate level before submitting for review/approval by cognizant USG personnel.

* Assist in the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations IAW AFPD 36-28 and AFI 36-2803.

* Provide weekly status reports/briefings regarding the awards program, including timeliness statistics.

* Provide semi- annual briefings regarding awards policies, directives and regulations.

* Maintain and update information contained in databases to track and coordinate efforts.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

* High School and five (5) years or more related experience.
