Customer Service and Client Representative

El Paso, TX

We’re expanding!

This month we’re looking to add 5-7 people to our existing events team so we can support our primary client in more locations throughout the city. If you enjoy working with customers and are looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role: As a Customer Service and Client Representative you’ll be working on-site at pop-up events helping to increase brand awareness/recognition and promote our client’s services to the public. You will be asking and answering questions, promoting current offers, relating to customers, influencing their decision, collecting valuable feedback, and completing sales transactions.

Job Requirements:

Training & Growth: We offer all new starts comprehensive training and provide ongoing on-site support and guidance. We operate as a team and want to see all team members reach their full potential! Everyone here has their own set of personal and professional goals they’re looking to achieve and we provide a variety of sources and connections for personal and professional growth.

Advancement: Since we’re expanding our El Paso location this year we can offer rapid progression to people who produce consistent results, demonstrate leadership abilities, and have a desire to grow with a company. In the coming months, we’ll need people to assist with client relations, campaign management, event management, recruitment, and more!

Requirements: Due to the nature of the position, you’ll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA (sorry- we’re not in a position to provide sponsorship at this time). No specific work experience nor degree is required, but you should be comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, so customer service, retail sales, food service, reception/hosting or similar experience can be very helpful!

Client and consumer demand are at an all-time high for us, so we’re eager to meet with career starters, career changers, graduates, students, and others with an interest in learning or enhancing their communication, customer service, client relations, sales, marketing, business, leadership, recruitment, and management skills.
