About the Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the new business and account based sales team at Symphony Talent, primarily in our installation of Salesforce.com. The candidate will be responsible for an understanding of Symphony's overall products, sales methodology, and sales processes. The primary function of this position is to support the Sales and Customer Strategy teams in the utilization of Salesforce.com. The coordinator will work closely with our VP of Sales Strategy & Operations to establish and rollout the processes, reporting and dashboards to support the business. This specialist will work closely with sales and finance and have the ability to analyze business processes and set up supporting reporting, new processes and data structures in Symphony Talent's Salesforce instance.

Requirements

Principal Responsibilities

* Salesforce updates to dashboards, creation of reporting, training new users and ensuring that the connection to supporting systems is operating flawlessly

* Support of sales and client strategy teams in the movement of opportunities and accounts through the sales process

* Overall hygiene of the SFDC instance including the updating and importing of accounts for sales penetration

* Ensure that users have access across the organization to the reporting and dashboards needed to run their respective businesses

* Train new users on SFDC and the Symphony Talent process for managing customer and prospect records

* Data moves for managers and reps

* Reporting creation responsiveness

* Aid in creation of sales territories and deploying in Salesforce assignment of territories

* Data analysis for managers for management of territories

* Recommend process improvements for Salesforce instance including integrated solutions.

Knowledge and Skills

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* 3+ year's salesforce experience

* Salesforce.com certification

* Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to senior management

* Ability to demonstrate training of personnel

* Ability to implement SFDC processes to streamline internal sales and upsell motions

* Experience in working with and supporting sales teams

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products

* Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
