Job Summary: Administratively responsible and accountable for oversight of all management , business development and clinical activities of assigned areas for effective, efficient and economical outcomes across the network. Collaborates with chairperson/chief of department in meeting mutually established goals and objectives for clinical services. Reports to and supports Vice President, Ambulatory Services, being innovative, creative and visionary. This position requires the individual to take extreme ownership of lean initiatives, business growth and strategy . Represents the institution in community, civic and professional activities. Assures compliance with standards and regulations of local, state and national regulatory and accrediting agencies. Oversees LVHN Imaging and Phlebotomy areas at LVH-Pocono main hospital campus and LVH-Pocono outpatient sites. Assigned areas include: Radiology Administration, Ultrasound (General, OB/GYN, and Vascular), CT Scan, Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Breast Health Services and Phlebotomy. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program. Three to five years in a radiology leadership position, Radiology experience is required. Demonstrated effectiveness in managing and directing departmental operations, management personnel, Able to motivate others to accomplish desired results. Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and to establish clear guidelines for accountability. Ability to build consensus and provide strong leadership in a team environment, with professional and personal integrity. Proficient customer service skills necessary. Strong program development skills, budgeting, verbal and written communication skills required. Active membership in a professional organization is required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or health care field, Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Five to seven years in a leadership position in Radiology in a large medical center. Licensure and Certifications: RT or equivalent,# RT or equivalent #LI-ML1
