Our Hosts ensure that every guest receives the highest level of service; service that is accurate, special, attentive and prompt.

* Provides Service with the Guest as the #1 priority.

* Achieves guest satisfaction through interaction and coordination with all departments, levels and functions within the store. Support all fellow crew member's efforts and treats each other with the mutual respect necessary to promote a pleasant and efficient working environment.

* Maintain a clean and professional appearance that reflects the Hoss's brand and culture.

* Comply with all Hoss quality, service, operational, safety and sanitation standards.

* Ensures 100% order accuracy by actively listening to the guest and repeating the order back.

* Assists our guests with their orders, educates our guests regarding our menu and suggestively sells menu items to enhance guest dining experience.

* Makes sure guests are acknowledged immediately and are seated as quickly as possible.

* Responds to guests question and concerns immediately. Resolve guest complaints effectively by actively listening, reading body language and responding quickly to concerned guests. In appropriate cases, knows when to get management involved.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Knows menu and products, including special offers and promotions.

* Seating guests at their table.

* Ability to run the register and cash out guests.

* Cleaning and organizing the order area, foyer, halls and bathrooms.

* Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

* Complies with all safety and sanitation standards
