Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Support Staff Specialist for our tight-knit front desk team at our Duluth clinic! In this role you will check-in patients, make reminder calls, schedule appointments and collect co-pays. Other duties include the following:

* Faxing, copying, filing

* Creates and prepares new charts

* Communicates with main office's insurance department/ collect client co-payments as needed

* Any other projects that the office manager /provider may assign

Requirements:

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

* Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

* Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

* Previous front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred

* High School Diploma required

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* An interest in psychology, counseling, the behavioral sciences, social work, or healthcare is strongly preferred

* Assisting with closing the clinic every day

Hours (please ensure that you can work the listed shift):

Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-5pm
