Under occasional supervision, the Deposit Applications Administrator provides operational and application guidance and directs various projects. This role also serves as computer system administrator for applications in the Deposit Operations area, including Treasury Management & Retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides courteous and efficient service to customers and employees in a timely manner

2. Understands and develops deposit operations software application solutions used by all member banks

3. Formulates policies and assists with troubleshooting systems issues to include but not limited to, Treasury Management Services, Retail, Footprints and the FISERV Signature common file for Deposit, Relationship Pricing Analysis (RPA), Time, FTM, EFT

4. Acts as the subject matter expert for mentioned applications

5. Researches release changes in software, conducts testing, develops a training schedule and necessary training and quality control required for all member banks

6. Leads and provides in house expertise to support and implement projects/modifications purchased or designed with FISERV or any other 3rd parties we contract for service

7. Provides direct input with acquisitions related to conversion process.

8. Responsible for providing quality training in the department business line when necessary.

9. Prepares and provides monthly and periodic management reports and metrics.

10. Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Technology related field.

2. 5-7 years related experience in software support and implementation.

3. Banking experience preferred in Treasury or Deposit Operations.

4. Previous training experience beneficial.

5. Previous experience in researching release changes in software, testing, and developing training

6. Experience troubleshooting and with problem resolution.

7. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

8. Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
