Job Description

At Progressive Leasing, we pride ourselves in providing a product that is transforming the way retailers do business, and we're looking for a Product Manager to continue and strengthen that transformation. This position will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand customer needs, create our product vision and roadmap, then execute.

What You'll Do:

* Define long-term strategic plans and roadmap for products.

* Participate in planning and development work in collaboration with product development teams to ensure timely delivery of market leading offerings.

* Gather and analyze data to support the decision-making process for product plans.

* Own and develop requirements for product offerings.

* Analyze performance of product features

* Monitor and assess market and competitive trends and customer needs.

* Develop, in collaboration with Marketing, strategies and materials to support Sales product knowledge.

* Maintain strong communication channels with Sales, Marketing, Development, and other functional departments.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in software with at least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager.

* Proven history of successful SaaS product discovery, development and delivery.

* Strong experience with communication within a customer journey through email, mobile, and software notifications.

* Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization/analytics.

* Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution

* Strong business acumen with an understanding of retail, ecommerce, consumer finance, and product marketing.

* High-integrity ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service.

* Ability to harmonize and focus multiple stakeholders on working toward a common goal.

* Bachelor's degree in either Engineering, Business or IT related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
